Multi Media Virtual Tour

Our Virtual Tours are a unique and powerful presentation to showcase the home
and the surrounding amenities and points of interest such as parks, public transit,
schools, shopping and so on. The presentation is set to soothing music and includes
special effect and artistic expression to further enhance the property. We focus on the
agent's promo in our Virtual Tour and in the gift DVDs. Virtual Tour Package includes:
the tour, 9 photos uploaded to TREB and 2 gift DVDs.

Flyer Design

For listing promotion flyers or "Just Sold" flyers:

	$50 for the first template and $15 for subsequent use with same template.
	For one time mass distribution flyer: $70
	Any photography services required for flyers: $40/hr

Listing Presentation DVD

	Full Photography Service for maximum of 5 days
	Full scanning service
	Including music royalty
	Full coloured cover insert.
	Single colour disc imprint
	Slim Jewel Case
	Shrink Wrapped

$900 + cost of reproduction.
Cost of reproduction is generally $1.50 - $2.00 per DVD.
